The premiere event for the Lone Star Daylily Society each year is the Flower Show. Sanctioned by the American Hemerocallis Society, this is a judged competition of daylilies and daylily themed designs. The competition is spirited and friendly, and presents a dazzling array of the world of daylilies to the public. Competition is open to all, however, membership in the AHS is required to receive awards. Entrants may join the AHS at the show.
